Servicing
We offer three major cycle servicing packages. Please see below for information.

Our Starter Service is a great value way to get your bicycle checked and adjusted:
Wipe down of frame & fork
All parts, components and wheels are checked for safety and function.
Brakes & gears are alligned and adjusted. (brake pads/blocks replaced at cost of part - if required)
Adjustments to saddle and handlebars can be made.
Tyres inflated to recommended pressures.
Wipe and re-lube of chain.
Braking surfaces de-greased.
Advice and no obligation quote given for worn parts (if not replaced).
On arrival, we will inspect your bicycle to ensure its suitability for this service (bikes in need of more major repairs will be recomended a higher service or additional hourly rate).

Our Full Service covers everything in our Starter Service, plus:
Brake and gear inner & outer cables repalced (if applicable/required).
Drivetrain properly cleaned and re-lubricated. (chain/rings/cassette replaced at price of part - if required)
Wheels trued (straightened) and hubs adjusted for play.
Suspension bike’s linkages and seals inspected and externally lubricated (not serviced).
Punctures repaired - if required (at cost of tube)
On arrival, we will inspect your bicycle to ensure its suitability for this service (bikes in need of more major repairs will be recomended a higher service or additional hourly rate).

Our Premium Service offers a full strip down and rebuild of your bicycle.
In addition to our Full Service, this covers every aspect of your bike’s servicing*:
Hydraulic brakes are bled (plus price of fluid).
Any new parts and components are fitted (at price of parts).
Worn bearings such as hub, bottom braket and headset bearings are removed and regreased. (or replaced at price of parts).
Rear deraileur serviced (jockey wheels replaced - at price of part)
Existing components fully cleaned, lubricated and re-installed.
Premium Jagwire cables used at no extra cost.

This charge covers work that is not included in your selected service and is charged at £30 P/H.
*This charge will never be added without prior agreement and can be split into 30 minute (£15) segments.

Special Services and Offers
A short list of extra services that we offer in order to bring you the best quality and price.

Due to popularity in this area, we have added a discounted price for adjusting both brakes and gears together.
In this service, we also allow for two FREE replacement inner cables and the fitment of either a chain or brake pads/blocks.

Our Cleaning & Detailing service offers the detailed process of properly cleaning your bike’s frame and components without compromising the longevity of its seals, cables and/or bearings (common with pressure washing and overly aggressive cleaning products).

High end suspension can be difficult to properly and proffesionally service whilst ‘on the road’.
However, we still offer this service for the customers that have the ability to leave their bike with us.
Usual turnaround is 7 working days.
